Taco lovers, mark your calendars! National Taco Day is Tuesday, October 6, 2026, and restaurants around the country are celebrating with freebies, BOGO offers and discounted tacos.

Here are some of the deals to put on your radar. Offers may require a rewards account or app, and participation can vary by location, so check your local restaurant before heading out.

  • 🌮 Jack in the Box: Jack Pack members can score 2 FREE tacos with a $1+ purchase in the app.
  • 🌮 Chuy’s: Dress like a taco, post your photo on social media with #ChuysTacoDay, and show your server to receive a FREE entrée when dining in.
  • 🌮 Torchy’s Tacos: Rewards members can grab a BOGO FREE taco on October 6.
  • 🌮 Chronic Tacos: Loyalty members get a FREE taco on October 6 through the Chronic Tacos app.
  • 🌮 Del Taco: Del Yeah! Rewards members can get a FREE taco with any purchase on National Taco Day.
  • 🌮 Taco John’s: Make a purchase on October 6 as a Rewards member and receive a FREE Beef Crispy Taco reward, redeemable within 14 days.
  • 🌮 Laredo Taco Company: Participating locations are offering BOGO Potato & Egg breakfast tacos and BOGO Chicken Fajita tacos.
  • 🌮 El Pollo Loco: Rewards members can get 3 tacos for $5, with the promotion running October 2–6.
  • 🌮 Baja Fresh: Grab 3 Chicken Street Tacos for $6 on October 6 at participating locations.
  • 🌮 Moe’s Southwest Grill: Get up to 3 tacos for $2 each; the rewards offer runs October 6–11.
  • 🌮 Taco Bell: The new Duo Habanero Sauce launches October 6, and U.S. customers can get a FREE packet with a Doritos Locos Taco purchase.

Quick heads-up: The California Tortilla BOGO shown in the graphic appears to have different timing. California Tortilla’s own 2026 page lists its BOGO taco promotion as October 2–4, not October 6, so I would leave that one off an October 6 roundup unless the restaurant updates its offer.
