KAD Ambassador Posting Guidelines

CONGRATULATIONS on being selected as a KAD Ambassador for the month!  As a benefit of being an Ambassador, you are allowed pre-approved posting privileges in our group without waiting for admin approval!

To keep our community safe, positive, and compliant with Facebook’s policies, all Ambassadors must follow the posting guidelines below. These rules protect you, our group, and our members. Failure to follow them may result in removal of posts or ambassador privileges.

Once you have read the below guidelines, please msg Juels Lee to confirm you understand and agree to them.  Your pre-approval rights will be set at that time.

❌ 1. Follow Facebook Community Standards (Non-Negotiable)

All posts must comply with Facebook’s official rules, including:

• No harmful, misleading, or unsafe content
• No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
• No hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate language
• No medical, legal, or financial claims that violate FB policies
• No posting content that encourages dangerous behavior

If Facebook wouldn’t allow it on the platform, it’s not allowed in this group.

❌ 2. No Branded Content or Promotional Partnerships

Ambassadors may NOT post anything that includes:

• Paid partnerships
• Sponsored content
• Branded content disclosures
• PR promotions
• Influencer collaborations
• Logos or graphics belonging to a brand without permission

Posts must feel organic, community-focused, and helpful — not promotional.

❌ 3. No Affiliate Links of Any Kind

For group safety and compliance:

• No Amazon affiliate links
• No LTK links
• No TikTok Shop links
• No brand ambassador codes
• No deals or commission-based URLs.  Please send all deals to admin team to post.

All external links must be approved by the admin team before posting.

❌ 4. No Offensive or Inappropriate Content

• Ambassadors must avoid posting anything that includes:
• Profanity or suggestive material
• Violence or disturbing imagery
• Sensitive political or religious opinions
• Shaming, calling out, or arguing with members
• Controversial or divisive topics

We maintain a respectful, family-friendly environment at all times.

❌ 6. Keep Posts Positive, Helpful & Community-Focused

Ambassadors represent our group’s tone and values. Required:

• Be polite and respectful
• Encourage conversation, not drama
• Respond kindly to questions
• Help members feel welcome

We lead with kindness and respect in every interaction.

✅Referral Links

Ambassadors may post referral links to programs like TikTok, Whatnot, Doordash, etc. with their own referrals links. 

• Referral links are limited to one link a day per site/platform within a 24 hour period.

✅GIFS, Quotes, Memes, and Engagement Post

These kinds of posts are encouraged and drive lots of traffic and engagement in our group!  We love them!

✅ Admins Reserve the Right to Remove Any Post

For safety, compliance, or quality control, admins may:

• Edit posts
• Remove posts
• Ask for revisions
• Suspend ambassador posting access

This is to protect the group’s integrity and prevent Facebook from restricting or shutting down the community.
